Auditing a Cylinder

Click Lock Chart icon along left hand side
|

Right Click on Cylinder that you want to audit and select Read Audit Trails of selected cylinder via C-key
|

Check Get From Cylinder and click OK
|

Software will remind you that you must use the C-Key to audit a cylinder. Click OK
|

Click Sending Task List icon at top of screen

Print To Do List if desired
|

Take C-Key to appropriate Cylinder(s) and insert. The C-Key will perform the required tasks to pull the audit information

Once all cylinders in question have been audited, return C-Key to programming device
|

Click Receiving Task List to complete the cycle.

Right Click on Cylinder that you want to audit and select Read Audit Trail . . .

Click on NAT list to see audit events that have occurred from keys in your system (Normal). Click FAT list to see events that are outside of your system (Foreign)

Reports can be searched, printed, select columns shown, and data can be exported.
